ABOUT ME
A senior information technology professional with over 17 years of IT and infrastructure architecture and engineering experience with professional experience spanning medium and large-scale environments.
Technical leadership roles have included leading teams of medium to large scales on projects including application development, server deployments, data center migrations, and upgrades of physical and virtual environments.
Zimm also has significant experience advising clients on business needs for efficiency and scalability of datacenter expansions, application upgrades, and software defined data centers.
Project management experience includes high level proficiency at educating colleagues and delivering on time with exceptional packages and projects for business units and clients.
Extensive experience working in datacenter planning and migration and have reduced footprints by migrating datacenter into cloud environments.
Excellent communicator with stellar oral and written communication skills as evidenced by my experience conducting client presentations and managing client relationships on business technology strategies.
Currently using vendor platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Also experienced in disaster recovery planning with extensive experience testing coast to coast data centers failover protocol.
